Led conversational search across thousands of educational content objects, reducing course build time by 50%. Lead a cross-functional team across platform search and content authoring, from discovery and roadmap decisions through delivery.

Led product delivery for a shared CMS foundation: support tickets fell from about 10 per week to 1–2 and releases shortened from nearly a day to roughly one hour. Delivered Course Editions and content-quality controls.

Built a new e-commerce revenue channel, generating £100k in year one against a £70k target. Led product discovery and delivery across three teams working on the publishing platform and research tools.
B2B hospitality software provider building hotel property management, guest apps, ordering and reservation tools.

Onboarded 50+ hotels for the contactless guest app, spanning check-in, payments and digital keys. Also launched HOP Shop, self-service onboarding and a multi-property reservation system.

Specialist in Revenue Management and hotel PMS implementation. Trained hospitality teams on system optimization and ensured seamless client onboarding across EMEA.
Front-office and guest-service roles across Marriott and UK hotels, from independent properties to a 708-room London hotel.

Built my hospitality foundation across Marriott hotels in Colorado and front-office roles in North Yorkshire, Darlington and London. Progressed from reception and concierge work into hotel leadership, developing the customer empathy, process discipline and team management skills I later carried into hospitality technology and product.
