If you start a voice conversation, your browser asks for microphone permission. Voice interactions may create transcripts and may be processed by the voice provider that powers the agent.
Why it is used
Purpose
- To understand what visitors want to know about Brendan's experience and projects.
- To improve the quality, accuracy and usefulness of Echo's answers.
- To follow up if you choose to share contact details or ask for a response.
- To troubleshoot errors, abuse or unexpected behaviour in the chatbot or voice agent.
Contact form
Messages you send
If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you provide are sent to Brendan so he can reply. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the chatbot, voice agent or contact form.
Storage and sharing
Who sees it
Conversation transcripts and contact form submissions are intended for Brendan's review only. They may pass through the services used to run the website, email delivery, chatbot and voice agent. They are not sold.
Your choice
You control what you share
You can browse the CV website without using Echo, the voice agent or the contact form. To request deletion of a conversation or message, contact Brendan and include enough detail to identify it.
