A product decision
Start with a focused audience to test a new revenue channel.
Inbound enquiries showed that professional readers needed individual pieces of content without a full institutional subscription. I worked with sales and marketing to identify specific niches, then shaped the search-to-checkout journey around that demand. The new channel generated £100k in its first year against a £70k target.
